Tile Adhesives & Grouts
The unseen foundation. Engineered polymer compounds ensuring flawless, lifelong installations for premium surfaces.
Systems & Formulations
Replacing traditional sand-cement methods with highly engineered chemical binders for modern, large-format surfaces.
Cementitious Adhesives
Polymer-modified mortars offering superior bond strength for standard ceramic and vitrified tiles.
Epoxy Systems
Ultra-high performance, chemical-resistant resins mandatory for zero-water-absorption surfaces and glass mosaics.
Precision Grouts
Stain-resistant epoxy and dense cementitious grouts to seal architectural joints seamlessly.
Waterproofing Membranes
Liquid-applied and sheet membranes preventing moisture penetration in wet areas before tiling begins.
Tile Cleaners
Specialized acidic and alkaline solutions designed to remove tough epoxy haze and deep-seated grime without damaging the glaze.
Leveling Systems
Clips, wedges, and spacers ensuring zero lippage (uneven edges) during large format slab installation.
Chemical Engineering
The era of traditional sand and cement is over. Modern vitrified tiles absorb almost zero water, demanding advanced chemical bonds that grip surfaces at a microscopic level.

Cement vs. Epoxy
Choosing the correct joint filler
Cementitious Grout
- • Best for dry areas (Living rooms, Bedrooms)
- • Porous structure; requires periodic sealing
- • Economical and easier to apply
- • Susceptible to staining from spills
Epoxy Grout
- • Mandatory for wet areas (Showers, Kitchens)
- • 100% non-porous and naturally stain-proof
- • Hygienic; blocks mold and bacteria growth
- • Extremely durable, structural bond
Critical Applications
Different environments exert different stresses on surfaces. Adhesives must be specified accordingly to prevent catastrophic failures.
Large Format Slabs
Key Focus Requires high-deformability (S1/S2 class) adhesives to absorb thermal expansion and substrate deflection without cracking the rigid slab.
Swimming Pools & Wet Rooms
Key Focus Requires complete waterproof membrane integration beneath the tile, and 100% solid epoxy adhesives to prevent chlorine or water degradation.
Tile-on-Tile Upgrades
Key Focus Requires specialized high-bond chemical primers and aggressive adhesives designed to grip glassy, existing surfaces without demolition.
The Installation Standard
Surface Analysis
Evaluating the substrate (concrete, existing tile, plywood) to determine the baseline adhesion requirements.
Adhesive Selection
Matching the correct polymer-modified cementitious or epoxy adhesive to the specific tile format and environment.
Application & Setting
Utilizing proper trowel notch sizes to ensure 95%+ coverage, eliminating hollow sounds and future cracking.
Grouting & Curing
Applying engineered epoxy or cementitious grouts, followed by precise haze removal during the curing window.
Post-Installation & Care
Critical steps to finalize the installation and maintain grout lines.
Epoxy Haze Removal
Epoxy grout leaves a microscopically thin, sticky film on tiles after installation. This MUST be removed using specialized epoxy cleaners within 24 hours while the resin is curing, otherwise it attracts permanent dirt.
Routine Tile Cleaning
Use pH-neutral tile cleaners for daily mopping. Do not use highly acidic cleaners (like phenyl) on marble or natural stone as it will etch the surface. Avoid soapy detergents that leave dulling films.
Grout Refreshing
For older, discolored cementitious grouts, specialized grout re-colorants or acidic deep-cleaners can be utilized to restore the original grid appearance without re-grouting.
